During the winter season my wish is that each of you, finds peace and stillness. Rest assured that we are all connected and experiencing frustration and sadness hopefully along with some joy and gratitude.

I am happy to offer you these videos at a time when I am cancelling my in person classes due to the pandemic until further notice. At least this will give you an opportunity to continue your practice and offer you a variety of possibilities.
In this newsletter I would like to focus on gratitude and how it can enrich our lives and mental health. When we offer our time and pay attention to how we can be of service to others the benefits that we reap are endless. It can even improve sleep and lower our stress and research is now demonstrating the impacts and benefits of cultivating gratitude in our life.
I had the privilege of receiving my certification in Yin yoga in May 2019 with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts from Vancouver, British Columbia. Today, I would like to share a few of my learnings in regards to this practice.
What distracts your attention in 2020? All the suffering and racial discrimination is hard to imagine at this time. Why now?
I read an interesting article in regards to Lessons to Remember when the lockdown ends. One of those lessons was Being with others is key to happiness.
In June 2019 I was reflecting on how to grow my business and what other products or services would enhance my offerings of Yoga and Mindfulness.
