Yoga is the integration of the mind, the body and spirit. The physical and psychological benefits of yoga are numerous for reducing stress, improved concentration, stretching and getting to know yourself through your practice.
My approach is “Restorative, gentle yoga” starting with a breathing practice and continuing into postures and ending with relaxation. A restorative, healing practice to increase flexibility, calm the mind and soothe the body. The classes are prepared to accommodate all levels from beginners to more experienced participants.
All classes integrate respect for our limits, listening to our own inner wisdom and understanding what is required for us to modify a pose to respond to our own needs.
